Catch a glimpse of the intimate lives of African American Floridians through the story of their homes. Mary McLeod Bethune, A.L. Lewis and D.A. Dorsey are a few of the prominent African Americans who resided in Florida and created opportunities for others. African Americans from all walks of life and all manner of homes contributed to the tapestry of our community. Wright-Greene shares images and stories that spotlight this rich history.
